My name is Anna and I live near Louth, Lincolnshire.

I have been an animal lover from as far back as I can remember so it came as no surprise when I wanted to pursue a career working with them. I started my career as a Student Veterinary Nurse and after many years of training, studying and exams I qualified and then worked in a small animal Veterinary Practice for 15 years as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.

I left this position in 2016 and set up the mobile pet care company 'The District Pet Nurse'. The purpose of the company is to provide a caring and professional helping hand to pet owners in the Louth and surrounding areas with the day to day care of their companions in the comfort of their own homes.

Having worked alongside pet owners on a daily basis throughout my working life and having owned many pets myself, I completely understand how easily pets become such an important part of the family. Our lives can become busy with work and social commitments or there can be changes in circumstances which mean we can struggle to be there all the time for them. This can bring feelings of worry and guilt. This is where I can help! On the days where you need a helping hand, I believe my skills and experience mean I am more than capable to give the best possible care and look after your pets as if they were my own, giving you complete peace of mind.
